Provides referrals and professional counselling to children and youth ages 5 to 20 years across Canada, by telephone
Service is free, anonymous, confidential, and can address any concerns or issues facing children and youth including, but not limited to, peer and family relationships, bullying and cyberbullying, substance abuse, sexuality, loneliness, depression, and suicide. Phone service is available 24 hours a day. Texting service is provided by trained volunteers rather than counsellors; text CONNECT to 686868 to get started.
