Older Adult Mental Health Program - North Shore

The Older Adult Mental Health Team offers services to help improve the quality of life of older adults (and their caregivers), who are vulnerable due to a combination of psychiatric, medical and social factors.
We offer psychiatric assessment and treatment for older adults who may require outreach services. Our approach is to match services with individual needs. We provide case management and psychiatric services as needed and may also include liaising with pharmacies, families, and other community supports.

Services include:
  • Interdisciplinary assessment, treatment, and consultation
  • Education to clients, their care partners, and community members

    Specialized services also include:
  • Geri-psychiatric assessment and consultation
  • Case management
  • Psychosocial rehabilitation
  • Functional assessment
  • Group engagement
